The service being provided to you by St Elizabeth Care Agency will be set out in your own service contract, which will be written up following an assessment visit. You will be charged in line with the current client charge rates.

There is an hourly rate for weekdays and weekends for care and support services.
 

• Day rate is from 8am to 8pm

• Night rate is from 8pm to 8am
   

If you require a sleep-in service, this will be charged per night.

 

If you require a 24 hour service, this will be charged on a case by case basis. 

 

If you require use of the the home carers vehicle, as part of your homecare service, to get 'out and about' or for the carers to run errands for you, you will be charged a mileage fee per mile which you will be asked to authorise at the time of your home care visit.

 

Invoices will be sent monthly and arrangements for payment will be set out in your service contract - you will not be able pay your carers directly for services.
