At St Elizabeth Care Agency, we promote independence by assisting people to maintain the maximum level of choice and control, meaning that you can stay living comfortably in your home.
We give personal and practical domestic help at home for anyone over the age of 18,
including people with learning disabilities or mental health needs.
St Elizabeth Care Agency is a wholly owned subsidiary of St Elizabeth Hospice.
Any profits made go directly to the support and care of the hospice's patients and their families.
Freedom and independence
With support from our home carers you can continue to enjoy your daily routine, whether that means getting out and about, doing the shopping, attending appointments, socialising, or just enjoying the comfort of your home.
We believe that you should have as much freedom as possible to do the things you want to. By sharing responsibility, your normal carer can also take a break – having valuable time to themselves, with the reassurance that you are receiving the care you need.
Support to suit you
Having a St Elizabeth home carer means that you will be looked after in your own home, and receive the personal care that you want, when it suits you.
We understand the importance of time well spent with clients, and our visits last a minimum of an hour.
We can give personal care
bathing and washing
using the toilet
We can give practical domestic support such as:
housework and shopping
helping with post
making phone calls and paying bills
We provide community support such as:
day/resource centre 1:1 support
indoor and outdoor activities
sitting in services
respite for family carers
Whatever your care need, we can help
St Elizabeth Care Agency has been providing services in the community, since June 2013.
Our aim is to provide high quality, tailor-made services to clients, living in their own homes in the community.
We do this by matching our clients' needs, wishes and choices, with carers who are qualified and skilled to help and support them.
We place our clients at the heart of our practice, by making sure we listen to what they tell us they want and need.
We can support clients who, for various reasons, are unable to manage some aspects of their daily lives, without help.
Quality Assurance is very important to us at St Elizabeth Care Agency and we encourage the opportunity for clients and their families to give us feedback about the service they receive. All testimonials are gathered from the Quality Assurance Questionnaire we send to clients each year.
