  • An application form, availability form, worker details description, person specification and rates of pay

  • Shortlisting applications

  • Inviting for interview

  • Interview

  • Selection of homecarer/s and job offer

  • Disclosure and Barring Service Check (formerly Criminal Records Bureau Check)

  • 2 employer references

  • Evidence of right to work in the UK

  • Driving Licence, Car Insurance and MOT certificate

  • Training certificates

  • Induction

  • Probation period
