We are recruiting for home carers in Ipswich, Woodbridge and surrounding areas to provide high quality care and support services to clients living in their own homes.

Our Care Agency team delivers personal and practical domestic help at home for anyone over the age of 18, including people with learning disabilities

or mental health needs.


We work alongside clients and their families, to develop a tailored care plan to meet their individual needs, to ensure they can live comfortably and independently in their homes.

 

We have part-time and full-time work available,

as well as day and night support work.

Candidate profile

We are keen to speak to potential new Care Agency team members who:

  • have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle

Our staff deliver a range of support to clients

 

Provide personal care such as:

o    bathing, washing and dressing

o    medication support

o    assistance with using the toilet

 

Practical domestic support and social activities such as:

o    cooking, housework and shopping

o    collecting prescriptions

o    making phone calls and paying bills

o    cinema trips

o    swimming pool visits

o    respite for family carers

We provide a comprehensive induction alongside mandatory training such as moving people safely, adult safeguarding, end of life care and medications. We encourage workers to develop their skills and knowledge and we will provide more 'specialised' training to meet particular client needs as necessary.

 

We will support you through regular supervision where you will meet with a member of the office team, one to one, and have regular team and group meetings for all workers.

 

We have an 'open door' policy and are always happy to see or speak to home carers at any time.
